We care about your privacy. This policy explains the information Aì快剪 may process for accounts, licensing, payments, Credits, online AI features, diagnostics, and support.

1. Information We Process

We may process account email, display name, membership status, Credits balance, device license information, app version, logs, crash or error reports, and text you intentionally submit to online AI features.

2. Local Media

By default, imported audio, video, subtitle, and project files remain on your device. Local transcription, voice generation, and export tasks are designed to run locally unless you choose an online feature that needs network processing.

3. Online AI Features

When you enable features such as subtitle correction, semantic segmentation, or translation, relevant text, timing data, and required context may be sent to our servers or model providers to complete the request, calculate Credits usage, and improve reliability.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by payment service providers such as Stripe and supported wallet providers. We do not store full card numbers or payment account passwords. We keep the transaction records needed to complete orders, membership status, and Credits delivery.

5. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect account, license, and transaction data. Please keep your password secure and avoid signing in on untrusted devices.
