Aì快剪 is a desktop application for video creators. By downloading, installing, or using the software, you agree to follow these terms and the feature, billing, and usage information shown inside the app.

1. Service

Aì快剪 provides subtitle creation, speech trimming, script voiceover, video export, video download, and publishing workflow assistance. Some features run on your device, while online features may require an account, membership, or Credits.

2. Membership and Credits

Membership unlocks tool access. Credits are used for large language model features such as subtitle correction, semantic segmentation, translation, and future online AI features. Actual prices, benefits, and usage rules are shown inside the app.

3. Renewals

If automatic renewal is offered, the price, billing period, cancellation method, and applicable terms will be shown before purchase. You may cancel renewal through the payment provider or the instructions shown inside the app.

4. User Content

You are responsible for making sure that audio, video, scripts, subtitles, and exported files you process with Aì快剪 are lawful and that you have the rights to use them. Do not use Aì快剪 to process or distribute illegal, infringing, or platform-prohibited content.

5. Local Components and Updates

To provide local AI capabilities, Aì快剪 may download runtime components, model files, or tool dependencies on demand. Components are installed under the user data directory and may be maintained through the app update system.
